Wonderful to look at. Using the mug is a bit more problematic due to the placement of the raven on the handle. The user must hold it from a lower position on the handle or gently wrap one's hand around the barrel of the tankard which might risk damaging the paint. Still a nice HP item.

This cup is heavy and beautiful however I had to order it three times to have a solid single piece cup. The first cup the tips of the wing was broken and a piece of the design was chipped. The second cup the whole handle was completely off the cup upon receipt. The third cup came in whole and I cannot wait to use it.
