If you bought surplus nVidia Tesla cards that are missing the mounting brackets, this is pretty much what you need to get them mounted in a typical ATX case.

Did not fully fit into GPU. Screw holes did not fully align with those on the Gpus it is claimed to be compatible with. It does fit into the case though once you find a way to mount it to the GPU.

Had to replace the Tesla M40 brackets as they are chunky, and these really made a difference.
