The snap connector for the small ribbon cable was deformed, so the contacts wouldn't seat properly. Had to fandangle the plastic with a needle for a bit and eventually got it, and it works.. but other than that no problems.Had it for a few weeks now, works and looks the same

The keyboard was as advertised. HP Elitebooks have the added mouse pointer integrated into the keyboard and the connecting flat cable was not included . . . .

ribbon cable does not seat properly, it moves as soon as keyboard it put in place as its little short , hence keyboard cannot be successfully installed
