Is real wood, and sturdy. I could look very nice, but is poorly packed and took damage. The decorate outer layer peeled odd at the corners. Is such a loss to have real wood but poor packaging, so is definitely overpriced for what you get. If you want real wood, get it in person and don't be like me who assumed it could be shipped.
