Doesn't come with instructions. You have to guess as to how to operate it. 20 tons is 40,000 lbs!!! And the support for this product is a generic hotmail.com email address. No phone number, no actual company, and no actual support. Don't buy. This can easily put a hole thru your engine block with the force of a military grade weapons system. Beware!

Since we fix car and truck rims, I really need this bearing puller, and I found it handy all the time. It takes less than 3 minutes to pull the bearing out without any pressure or breaking it. Assembly and use is super simple, but takes a little bit man power. All there arms are made with high-quality materials and they work properly.

I don't know about the 20 ton rating but, it does have some pretty serious pulling force. I used it on some tiller wheels that were severely rusted to an axle. It would not pull the hubs loose but, it sure mangled the wheels. Not the tools fault, I was asking it to perform a miracle! I also used it on a couple of other NORMAL situations and it worked flawlessly. I would buy it again.
