I gave a 2 star review because I was given a refund when I asked for technical support in trouble shooting the reason it was not working. I ordered this unit because of the low price and overnight shipping. Upon receiving the refund I went back to look for another unit from different seller. Closer look at several units shows that they all are made in China. I have no problem with Made in China as long as it works. Ordered 2nd unit because of lower price and seeing that a "Name Brand " I was familiar with also is Made in China. Refunded unit was exact fit and may just be a hit or miss on getting a functional produce?

Our actuator would work for a while then it wouldn't. This went on for a couple years. I'm very happy with our new actuator. It probably took 20 min to install.
