The light is FANTASTICThe magnet isn’t a strong I thought it would be, I have trouble placing it on a metal stud for overhead light. I think it’s because the product is not even weight distributed, it’s more top heavyCharging port issues- I don’t know why but I went through 3 USB-C charging cords to finally have it charge. I don’t know why, i had power and correct usb port, but would only charge on certain cords

This is a great light. We have it stuck on the side of our CNC Machine. The LED is super bright and has a few different modes. The COB LED in the front will light up a large area and the LED on the top has a semi focused beam. This is a great shop light. I am not using this where it should get wet so the charging port should be fine.I have tried over and over to get the rubber cover back in where the charging port is. The only problem is it is a little too large to fit in the port. So instead of seating in the pocket nicely it bends and slowly works itself back out. This was my experience for the one I got. Maybe yours doesn't have this issue.Other than the issue stated this is a great light for the price. I would highly recommend this light.

This work light was smaller than I expected — but it is advertised as "pocket size". Even though it's small it packs lot of light output and it's very bright! The power button cycles through the different settings by going high, medium, low, then flashlight on the end. As it switches between brightnesses it also does a dimming effect. With the ability to hold the button and cycle down or up to any through varied brightness. As you use the light you're likely to simply use the 3 preset brightnesses.Another nice feature is that after select the desired brightness and use the light for a bit, pressing the button again will simply turn it off and not make you cycle through all the other brightnesses to simply turn it off.I love the proximity sensor on the front of the light — this turns off the light when you place it face down. This is a helpful feature to avoid having to constantly turn the light on/off.While the small size is useful, this unfortunately also compromises the battery life as it simply must have a smaller battery. The construction is extremely solid and all aluminum — so seems like it will stand up to some abuse. There are magnets that allow you to place the work light on metal surfaces, but they could be stronger. The magnet on the end allows you to stand up the light and it is strong enough. So overall a good work light that's perfect for smaller jobs — very bright, good brightness variations, well made build quality and solid construction.I will be buying more for 'gifting'...

I requested this on a whim as a Vine product to review and I am incredibly happy that I did so. The existing "strong light" I had on hand was a long handled Duracell branded LED torch light I picked up from Costco years ago. There was nothing wrong with it but I did not like having to use three 'C' batteries for it. This light had an attractive footprint and I like that it is USB-C rechargeable. It ended up putting out just as much light (on its highest setting) as my torch light did so this beat my expectations.Things I like:- Build quality: Nice metal construction- Magnetic: There are two magnetic points which make it convenient to give me a hands free option if I have the right type of surface nearby- USB-C- Three brightness settings on main lamp and there is a second smaller light source on the top that I didn't realize existed. This gives you an option for a more hand-held 'point n' aim' type light output.Things I am indifferent about:- There is a sensor that when covered will disable the main lamp. I end up turning it off by accident by covering it with my hand. It's a little annoying but easy to work around. I haven't found a use case yet where it was helpful to have so I'm 'indifferent' about this feature's existence currently.Things I don't like:- N/AOverall - I enjoy this product and I think it's great quality. If you're looking for a pocketable, BRIGHT, and convenient light source, I have no hesitation recommending this. 5 out of 5 for me.

I'm perpetually in search of the perfect work light, and my partner constantly makes fun of me for the number of these I order to review. The problem is, they're always a little too inconvenient to use or a little too dim. This one quickly bubbled to the top of the queue: it's got an incredibly, wildly powerful main light that will blind you for minutes if you look directly into the lens. In fact, it's so powerful there's an obstruction sensor that turns it off when something's right in front, although that didn't prevent me from blasting myself in the face the first time I turned this on...There's also a second light that acts more like a forward-facing flashlight, but it's nowhere near as powerful and I don't think I'd purchase this for that component of it - you're here for the main light, for sure. There are some strong magnets on this thing that are pretty convenient for mounting it - you can stick it to the underside of a metal thing you're working inside, like a car hood or undersink area. It's a nice design, and it's easy to recharge via USB-C.At $31, we're pushing the limits of value a little here, but this is legitimately incredibly bright - almost as much light output as one of those honking halogen fixtures that has a wire cage protecting it you'd tote around at a worksite. I'm kinder to the pricing because of what it can replace, but it still feels like a lot for an LED and a battery.
