The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has partnered with OceanGrafix to provide commercial and recreational mariners with a good source of nautical chart coverage for international waters. These charts are "printed on demand" but do not contain the latest notice to mariner (NTM) corrections. It is the mariner's responsibility that the necessary chart corrections be applied to ensure accuracy and safety of life at sea (SOLAS).

This is a really interesting chart and beautifully printed. The entire U.S east coast is here, with Key West at lower left and also the U.S, Virgin Islands at lower right. It would be excellent for hurricane tracking. I am using it to plot a family member piloting a sailboat from St. Croix to NYC.

This chart is good for the price. It is not very water resistant and is not an up to date chart. I plan to use it as a reference chart when sailing, crusing, off shore.
