Always use clean fingers, put your finger belly completely in the middle of the reader. Do not slide the finger while enrolling it.

I requested this because I had purchased a similar model from this brand back in 2023, and it’s still working well. I planned to use this one at the new charity office where I volunteer, so that all volunteers and employees can conveniently track their time using the system.Since I’ve already used another model from NGTeco, I find it easier to operate this machine and its system. However, if it’s your first time using a device like this, you may need to spend a bit of time learning how to set it up and use it in connection with your computer's file system (like excel for example) or relevant apps.I hope this one lasts as long as the previous model—if it does, it’ll be a great value in terms of quality versus price. If any issues arise down the road, I’ll update my review.So far, this device has performed exactly as expected based on my previous experience with a similar model.

I tested the NGTeco Time Clock for Small Business and was very impressed with its performance. The biometric fingerprint reader is highly accurate and responsive, making clocking in and out quick and reliable. The device reflects modern engineering with solid build quality and good durability.This time clock is well suited for small to medium-sized businesses. While it does not offer support for very large enterprise-level staff, it is more than adequate for most smaller operations. One of the standout features is that there is no monthly subscription fee, which adds excellent value.For my needs, this system is ideal and a clear improvement over traditional punch card systems. I highly recommend it to any small business seeking an affordable and modern time tracking solution.

For the most part I am happy with this time clock.Time clock was well packaged and arrived damage free.Setup/entering employee info was not bad at all.Our previous one was a nightmare to get set up and kept needing to be reset.This time clock has given us no operating issues.The finger print reader works well and reads the first scan 99% of the time.It is worth noting there is no monthly fees.I can say I would buy it again.5 STARS
