These stadium chairs are great!! The massage feature isn't as useful as I thought. Not because it doesn't feel good but because when you turn it on the entire section of bleachers starts searching for what is vibrating their hind ends. But, the heated part of the seat is a must for any sport parent or sport family. Has worked wonders during cold softball games and helped with some back and butt relief on long volleyball tournament weekends. They are roomy and comfortable. Don't hesitate with these! You won't regret the purchase!

Got it for my parents watching my kids hockey games. They've been a hit at the rink. Everyone wants one. They find them sturdy. Dad usually turns his heat off cause it gets too warm for him

I received the seats in good order, excellent condition and comfortable. But, the battery packs won't charge. They came partially charged, I put them on charge for 24 hours. They didn't charge. I reached out to the supplier and never got a response. I have tried to charge them after I ran the remaining charge out of the units. Neither one will charge. Very disappointed. I would have liked to have a replyAfter posting this review I had a heart attack and was put on hospice, I actually have no memory of this post, but I received a email from them a couple of days ago asking for my address so they could make it right i checked my email history with them they were going to spam. Once I gave them my address I promptly checked them out and they were perfect. As it turns out they were trying to make it right all along, yes I would buy from them again. They spent 7 months trying to contact me to make it right.

It looks like it would be great. Unfortunately, the battery pack was not shipped. I’m wondering if I can use a 3rd part battery or if that would damage it.

Upon arrival, chair was comfortable, heat & message worked great! It was only used on indoor bleachers & stored in the back of my car. It will not lock into a sitting position now. I have tried not using the armrests and trying to fold it, but to no avail...it will not allow me to keep it in a sitting position with the backrest up. I have only used it for about 3 months since it was bought last March.UPDATE: This company has great customer service! They replaced the unusable chair with a new one after they were contacted. THANK YOU!

We use these chairs for our son’s soccer games. Used it 4 times and the battery is still going strong. The chair heats up fairly quickly. I only wish the back would heat up too. I got the smaller dimensions on accident so we fit snug as a bug still comfortable. My husband is 6”2 210lbs so a little larger would have been great but he is still comfortable.

I ordered 2 separate chairs. On quantity I selected 2 not a pair. Came as a pair. Wouldn't be so much as a problem except for the fact it only came with 1 battery pack or power center as they call it. Guess we'll have to fight for the battery. Will give higher rating once we get battery issue resolved. Changed review from 2 to 5 star, product as described and contacted seller, they rushed me a second battery without hesitation. Great customer service
