I am an in-betweener with a waist size of 31 and usually end with a medium but with these shorts small is the right choice. They fit me perfectly. These shorts fix the one problem I had with other shorts before. The padding actually stays where I need it to. I don't know if that is because of the shape/size of the padding or the design of the shorts. These are very comfortable and I have increased my mileage after getting these shorts. I have enough storage on my bike and I do not use the pockets at all and I can't comment on pocket usefulness. The look is generic and doesn't make any statements and that's how I like them. Overall, they are a great deal!

Fine overall and the pockets are a real convenience. For some unknown reason, none of my other cycling shorts have pockets ... makes no sense; where do put your ice-cream money 😉 I will caution you to NOT use the size chart in the listing. If you do, you will probably find you ordered 3x too large. I usually go by the waist size for everything. I think they are showing the actual size as delivered but keep in mind these are form fitting cycling shorts and they have a lot of stretttttttttch. These fit like normal cycling shorts so if you usually wear a small ... get a small, if you usually get a large ... get a large, etc. By waist size in the chart, I would have picked an XL; that would have been crazy big. I went for the small and they fit fine.

I have a few pairs of Niksa compression shorts and love them. I was excited to try these out for indoor cycling. The fit of these shorts is fantastic. They offer excellent compression and the padding doesn't feel like you're wearing a diaper. They're perfect for indoor cycling offering support and cushion where you need it. The legs have antislip grips on the cuff so they stay in place great. I don't know how they'd fare for road cycling but for my use case these are perfect. They're priced competitively as well. Would recommend!

There's plenty of padded bike shorts out there, but often the padding is either too thin (so not very comfortable) or not secured well (so the padding slides around, ending up in the front of the crotch). These shorts solve that problem so efficiently, with thick padding and strong stitching. The pockets are so handy (pun intended). The fabric holds up well even after machine washing; no obvious odor-retention issues.

The small fit me great, I'm a 5 foot 5 male with a 32in waist. The chamois is good and keeps me comfortable throughout long rides, the pockets are nice to have. I do wish they were a bit longer as the pant leg ends at about the middle of my thigh, but its not a huge deal.Durability seems good so far. Worn them on multiple long rides and have ran them through the wash after each ride and they still look new.

Ok, so it took me a while to review these as the weather hadn't been conducive to putting any real miles on them until last weekend. I had tried them on initially, and honestly, wasn't too impressed... Partly due to fit... They fit fine, and I did receive the appropriate size... However, the bands around the thighs were loose. Granted, I don't have huge manly thighs, and they may be fine for someone who does, BUT, I don't have any issue with this with any of my other chamois shorts, so there's that. The good... The material feels fine. I like the thigh pockets, and the zippered rear pocket. I think they did good there. The anti slip material around the inside of the cuffs was well done. The chamois is thick and cushiony. This part is subjective as some may find it a bit too thick. But that just depends on one's individual likes and dislikes on that matter. Personally I kind of thought I'd like it, but...The not so good... Aside from the issue with the loose around the thighs cuffs (individual size and body proportions obviously vary), I was mainly dissatisfied with the shape and position of the chamois. I know that a lot of people dislike chamois because of the "diaper" feel. But, honestly most of mine don't really bother me. But these DO! I can only imagine, but while riding with these I couldn't help but think of what it must be like to be a woman with a... ummm heavy... errr... time of the ... Well, you know.... And wears like some super industrial MEGA MAXI pad. It just felt weird as heck! Too much "stuff" around MY "stuff" if you know what I mean. And I don't mean just in the back! I maybe could have learned to overlook this weird feel, IF they had provided something in the way of superior comfort from all that good padding. However, and again, everyone has different anatomy and all, but for me, the chamois just wasn't in the right position. It felt like there was actually more material up front protecting my "junk", like an athletic cup, rather than being properly placed under my sit bones. As "underwear" I don't thing these are returnable. So, I guess I'll stuff them in the bottom of my gear drawer for "emergency" use. But, honestly, I doubt I'll ever use these again, so I figured I knew all I would ever know, and that it was time to finally write this review. So, there you have it. They may work for you. They do have some nice features, and the padding actually feels like a quality product. It was just the fit around the thighs and the strange (for me) placement of the chamois that makes them not be for me. But, everyone's physique is different...I hope someone will find this review at least somewhat useful and/or helpful.

These are great! They fit well, pockets are super functional, padding in the right areas for a long ride without being too much, and are overall quite comfortable!

I bought these shorts to wear when riding my Nordictrack stationary bike. They are pretty nice shorts overall, Id say a good option for most casual riders that want some extra comfort. As far as the size, I wouldn't go off of the sizing chart as the waist size doesn't seem to match up with the S, M, L sizes. I'm a 32ish in the waist and I got a small and they fit fine. The pocket on the back is convenient although I don't really use it. The padding is pretty solid but firm. The padding is a little wider and longer than my other riding shorts and it gets a bit bulky (surface area wise) between the legs. Not too bad but just something to keep in mind.
