These seem to be junk after about 4-5 trips. They all seem to break at the seam under load. Even with a spring to help minimize the strain on the base of the whip. I have tried 2 of these and both have broke 4 foot or 6 foot.

I installed them and used one time when one of them stopped working. I messaged the manufacturer a week ago and still have not gotten a response.

If you have any concerns or issues the company is no help. Lights did not work from the start. Emailed company for them to give me the run around. Customer service is terrible. Only gave a 1 star bc I couldn’t give a 0. Take my advice and buy a different brand.

The chasing light patterns are not smooth and continuous. The first 60% would scroll smoothly and then the lights would jump ahead a few inches and then jump back before quickly disappearing out of the tube at double speed. I’m not sure what’s causing it but it’s not fluid and it happens only during chasing light patterns. It’s very annoying and hard on the eyes.Regarding lights not turning on, the connections need to be pressed together with enough force so that the weather seals insert into the mating connector. It feels like it’s connected but it needs to be compressed tighter until both ends are flush.

I had an issue with the wiring harness, contacted the company and they offered a solution right away, no playing games. The lights work well as advertised.

I had the same issue as described, "they say they are connected on the app...."Yes the controller box is connected but the connectors out of the controller box to the whips are not plugged in all the way.Once I made sure the whips were plugged in all the way everything worked as expected.I can control from the app or the supplied remote.

Whip lights never turned on they say they are connected on the app thats how i know it is wired correctly but tried all the colors and not one turned on….
