It’s very slim, not bulky like most shinguards. The sleeve at the sole is tight, but then again, these are meant for sparring and Muay Thai/Kickboxing training, not professional wrestling, so I’d have to squeeze my wrestling shoes somewhere inside.I appreciate that it doesn’t cover half of my knee, so I can actually move in it. Not bad.
