These would greatly improve my comfort and ergonomics while sitting at my desk at work. However, they don’t attach securely to my desk so they’re constantly slipping off and are just a pain to use. I’ve stopped using them.

マウス操作をするときにこれがあると結構楽になります。複数台PCを使用するため最近ではマウス置き場になりつつありますが、、、汚れもアルコールティッシュとかでさっときれいになります。2点留めのため安定していますし、たまに緩むので軽く増し締めしてあげれば良いです。

If you have small space from where your monitor sits and typing I would recommend these, allows your arms to rest further back and makes typing or gaming much more comfortable.

I am oddly excited about this purchase. This is a sturdy, well-built extension for my workspace. I was looking for something to relieve elbow pain caused by an armrest that sits well below the surface of my desk. This device allows my forearm to rest on a flat area while using my mouse and has instantly alleviated my pain.

The two armrests are perfect for extending the part of the desk to enable you to rest your elbows. This reduces any strain on my shoulders and relieves any pain on my wrist since it keeps everything leveled. The armrests are very comfy and the padding is plenty, I have noticed any sagging in the padding, I sit at my desk 8+ hours a day for work and they still look like new. Very easy to adjust, the clamps are robust, they fold easily.
