If the corks come in with out grape bunches printed on the side they are counterfeit. Real Nomacorcs do not leak, these do. These leak worse than real cork does. Bought some real Normacorc and threw these away.

Recycling on such small elements is doubtful, but the worst is they are mimic’ing natural corks and hence going to pollute numerous compost! :(Please mark "non-compostable"!Thanks

I have corked thousands of bottles. These corks LEAK no matter how carefully inserted or held upright before laying down. Under no circumstances should anyone use these. They are worse with reused screw cap bottles.And not just one here and there but virtually all. I have used synthetic corks successfully for years, maybe it’s because they are #8, maybe because of the elasticity, but whatever DO NOT BUY!

They fit and don't leak. About all you can ask when your told to put a cork in it

I used about 18 of them before I noticed that most of the bottles leaked immediately when laid on their side, see the photo. I use a floor mounted corker in new condition that has always worked perfectly before so it's not the technique. Going to attempt a return.
