This replaced a failing one on my 2006 Toyota Sienna van. We went on a long road trip the next week and had no issues (where the engine would just shut off instantly the week before)

The old sensor had worked itself loose. A mechanic retightened it . The new sensor is in my glovebox. The sensor is on the back of the engine near the firewall so was difficult to tighten let alone remove (couldn't see it had to work by fell).
