This was a replacement from one that came broken. It worked but I had to change things from where it went. I checked the old and new and the new was about 1/8-1/4 longer

This quit working on me abotu 1.5 years after installation. The windshield wipers stop in the middle of the windshield, apparently the gears aren't catrching and now its out of warranty

The column switch sticks when engaging the turn signals and has to be put in the neutral position by hand after each use.
