It works but mine was missing the connecting arm and gasket. I was able to use the parts off the original motor but clocking the new motor was not fun.

Motor fits and works in the place of the old one. If you're stuck, there are some good youtube videos to walk you through the specifics.Some advice, though: Get some replacement plastic bushings, as when you remove the old one, the ball-joint bushing may not snap back on. They are about $15 for a pack of 4, and you only need one, but having a few extras doesn't hurt in case you mess up pressing it on. Amazon didn't have ones that fit the vehicle, but Autozone did, and took an extra week to get them so plan ahead. (Dorman Windshield Wiper Linkage Bushing 49454).Also, the slower speeds of intermittent sometimes don't come on unless you switch to "low" first, and then back down. Not a dealbreaker by any means. Just glad to replace with something that works, and not have to take it to the shop.
