The motor pictured comes with the crank arm pre-installed but mine did not come with one. If you break your old one you are SOL and have to order a new one off site... this part is annoying to find and its annoying this did not come with one.

Bought a 98 marquis for my first car. Few months into driving her the wipers started acting funny so I figured time for a new motor. I assumed it would be difficult to replace it but turned out to be pretty easy with no mechanical problems.

Was incredibly easy to install. Wipers started failing to either continue wiping or would no longer park after turning them off. After researching many blogs and reviewing numerous DIY videos, all unanimously noted these symptoms indicate the motor should be replaced. Wipers now park again and replacing the motor improved the windshield washer spray.
