This tool has been a great help, the set of adapter cups has allowed me to change out almost every bushing I come across in my work. The only flaw I've encountered is the smaller rods have a tendency to bend. They have not yet broken on me yet, but I would not use this for any heavy duty bushings

Do not expect this tool to "remove" any Bushings.. I ruined an entire tool set trying to drive out the old bushings. Since I couldn't find replacement needle bearings for the threaded rods, I just to order a whole new tool set.Now.. installing worked effortlessly and quick. Just wish you could order replacement parts...

This set worked well pushing bushings into the control arms. Made em go in straight where I would never have gotten the larger ones in right. The receiver size wasn't big enough for a 2009 honda accord compliance bushing, though, so the last little bit was hammered in.

Fairly decent tool. Used it to remove and install a subframe bushing on my Sequoia. Having some gear oil on the threads as well as the thrust bearing helped. My only issue was a small circlip that was used to hold the bearing assembly together. I found that it interfered with the end plate, so I took it off before pressing.Had to use lots of heat and persuasion from a hammer to loosen the bushing while keeping the tension on the threads. Otherwise the tool would have probably broke.

I used this for an axle pivot bushing on a Ford F250. It removed the old one and reinstalled the new one quickly and smoothly. The set seems very complete from a sizing standpoint, but note that the smallest bushing it will handle is about 44mm in diameter.
