1. Adding footrest: the chair has added footrest, you can pull the footrest out and lie down for a nap when you are like taking a break.
2. Increase the lumbar pillow: when you lie down, the lumbar pillow can give you better lumbar support and relieve lumbar pressure.
3. Increase the thickness of the cushion as well as the padded cotton in the back: It makes you feel like you're wrapped in a cloud when you're sitting in your chair.

Bought this for my desk job at work. Feels like I'm sliding/ slanted forward by the leg area (and leg rest should be higher, its very low and slanted too). Cant ship back to amazon, or have them pick it up (box is huge and over 50lbs. I bearly slid it inside my door at home) Have to ship it back to seller and in box (meaning take the whole chair apart), and may or may not pay for shipping to be covered (says call if shipping is over $30).. so stuck with this chair, and even trying to sell it as a loss for cheaper..but no buyers. I'm very irritated.

I spent several days researching office chairs that were in a specific price point and the Ylzyxal Ergonomic Office Chair was the clear choice. It’s not just a stylish addition to my workspace; it also provides exceptional comfort, even during long hours of sitting. The chair's seat and back dimensions, along with the lumbar cushioning, are perfect for me (5'6", 128 lbs), offering excellent back support without requiring the included pillow. The chair sits on a low pile carpet and rolls easily without worries of having to continually scoot forward. Overall, the chair is well built but the reason I deducted a star have to do with the foot and arm rests. Pulling the footrest out takes some effort and pushing it back in can be difficult, which could be forgiven if it wasn't flimsy and made you feel like it was going to bend when you used it. The other reason for a deduction in stars is because the padding in the left arm rest has already failed after three weeks of daily use and looks as if it has been used for a year or more. Other than those two minor issues, this is a solid chair that offers all day comfort and helps with productivity. I definitely recommend it.

After using it for approx. 5 months, I have encountered multiple serious issues that makes this chair completely unusable today. What I encountered is far from the quality promised in the product description.First of all I had to deal with structural issues & durability concerns... The chair started ripping from the frame when in use. It makes loud creaking noises, and within the first month the armrest bent when I leaned on it. Since then, different parts of the chair have continued to break daily.Poor material quality – The material is already ripping, and the armrests are breaking apart. This level of deterioration within a few months of use is unacceptable. I have attached photos as evidence of these defects.False advertising on weight capacity – I weigh precisely 180 lbs, yet the chair feels incredibly unstable, as if it’s about to collapse. This is extremely concerning, especially since the product was advertised as being able to support up to 400 lbs. I simply CANNOT imagine someone over 200 lbs use this chair, it's unbelievable that it is advertised as 400lbs.Last but not least, the chair is overall uncomfortable & designed very poorly – The chair has caused me back pain due to its discomfort. Additionally, when I and others sat in it, we noticed that the seat is tilted backwards, making it feel like we are constantly sliding off. We attempted to adjust it using every available lever, but the issue remains unfixable.Given these significant defects, the misleading product description and the price tag, I would not recommend buying this chair.

Right armrest broke almost immediately, the design is flawed so any real amount of weight on a curved plastic armrest is gonna cause a break. Happened while adjusting sitting position. Also, the chair creaks and squeaks like crazy, can't seem to find where it's coming from. I'm only 5'4, 180 lbs. Dissapointed because the chair itself is so so cozy and comfortable. The seller wouldn't send a replacement armrest.

Im so sad. I took so long to choose my office chair. I was torn between this one and another. But I LOVED the look of this one. But after putting it together, it was a total disappointment. For some reason, the day we put it together, the seat pushes forward and down when you sit on it which makes you slide down forward, literally. My husband tightened the screws and checked everything, and it still is lower in the front. I weigh about 180 so I put my small 14 year old on it as well and a girl in my office who weighs about 90 pounds and they both slide down as well. The install was exactly as the instructions said. Even the back support area is too close to the front of the seat so i can't even push myself back on the seat to secure myself. This was not a cheap buy. And now, it's put together, I don't know if I can return it. I'm so upset about this. I went further back on reviews and see similar complaints. I just want to cry!!

Update: originally the replacement part arrived and it wasn’t even the right part. I was fed up and done with the whole thing and messaged the company again to just get my money back because Amazon wouldn’t refund me because the window closed. The company has now issued a full refund for my chair. I appreciate that and they responded quickly once my original review went up. I don’t think I’ll order this chair again as too many people complain about the chair legs breaking which is what happened to ours but I wouldn’t be against ordering from them again. I do think the length in which this all happened, happened in mid feb and today is the 27th of April, is entirely too long to have to deal with an item I couldn’t even use and had to get a replacement for months ago when it first happened. Again I appreciate that they did fully refund meI ordered this chair in February and within a week one of the wheels broke at the bottom. Amazon had me contact the company for support and they told me they would send me the replacement part for what broke. They asked me to be patient because they had to order it and wait for it to be shipped to their warehouse and the ones it was at their warehouse. They would ship it to me. The last thing I was told was that it arrived at the warehouse I’ve not had any updates on getting the part shipped and now my return window for this chair closed because I was kind and patient and waited for them to send me the part and now I’m stuck with a chair that’s broken and I can’t get my money back. I’ve tried to reach out again and I’ll see what happens if I get good customer service and I get the part then I’ll change my review. This has been an absolute nightmare to have to deal with. So use caution please. I bought the sock chair for my 16-year-old son who weighs 130 pounds. There’s no reason that this chair should’ve broke the way that it did.

The Ylzyxal office chair has been a hit in our house—especially with my husband, who’s picky about his chairs. This one is built for comfort and support, which is no small feat given that he’s over six feet and needs something sturdy. It’s rated for up to 400 pounds and doesn’t feel the least bit flimsy or wobbly. The PU leather looks good and is surprisingly soft, so it doesn’t feel like one of those stiff, cheap office chairs.The lumbar pillow and footrest are nice touches. The footrest actually makes a difference for those long work sessions (or the occasional afternoon nap when no one’s looking!). Adjustments are easy, too, whether it’s changing the recline or height. This chair’s become a permanent fixture in his home office, and I think he actually looks forward to sitting in it. It’s been worth every penny for both of us—he gets the comfort, and I don’t have to hear him complain about his back!

This is an awesome chair. Beautiful white colour, lots of padding and cushion. It reclines very nicely and the little pillow and pull out foot rest are an added bonus. My only complaint which doesnt bother me but maybe someone else is that the gears for reclining and raising and lowering are not very accessible. You have to kind of find them under the seat with your hand but it's not a deal breaker for me. Other than that you will really love this chair.
