At first the skaters didnt move but my son moved the skaters and they suddenly started moving. We love it! It is a bit small yet brings a touch of Christnas magic!

corner was broke on the left back-no pieces in box-they knew it was broken when they mailed it out-too small a scale for any village scene too-just cheap junk

This is a cute product with the little strings of lights and greenhouses. It has two settings to allow you to just hear the music box and another to have music as well as little skaters moving. The skaters do not move. The panels on the item are glued in place so no option is available to troubleshoot to prevent the need to return to Amazon.The other odd thing is that the plastic panels on the greenhouses are different colors. Some look clear and some look like old, yellowed plastic.Returning for a refund and there are none available to replace this gift I bought for my wife.

Brighter lights, music clearer than most, multiple Xmas songs a plus, ice skaters mesmerizing especially for the children. Guests loved this addition to our Xmas village set.
