This item came broken. The outside box was not damaged. When I opened up the inside box it was inside a Styrofoam container. But, it was still damaged. Two of the "waves" were broken off and there was a hole in one of the other waves. I was NOT impressed with the "look" of the item overall. It looks cheap. NOT a Lemax for sure. Would NOT purchase from this company again. Too cheap looking for the price. It looks like a Dollar General item. CHEAPLY MADE. RETURNED was easy to return at Amazon store. Waiting for refund.

We loved it. Fit perfectly in the village. It worked one week and then sound and steam stopped. Very disappointed. Would have ordered replacement.

I brought this for my father in law because he was in the uscg. And now collect things like this. I am going to give it to him for Christmas. BTW it smokes from the chimney which I thought was so cool me and my husband had to see it for ourselves and am very pleased
