I use storage tents around my yard to hold things like patio furniture seat cushions and pool toys. They go up easily, last for years, and are a lot cheaper than the plastic or metal storage bins and sheds. I had a couple that were in my yard that were hitting about 5-6 years old and were beginning to tear in places, so I ordered this replacement. The size is great and it went up easy, although working with another person would have made it even easier. This replaced two of my other tents, and I still have additional space for more items if needed. There's just one reason why I deducted two stars from this rating. On every similar tent I've ever used, the entrance or opening is a sideways U shaped zipper starting at the top and going all the way around to the bottom. The entire opening is zippered. On this tent, the zipper only extends from the top corner to the opposite base, or an upside down L formation. The entire lower portion of the entrance to the tent is held in place only with a 4 or 5 inch strip of velcro in the middle, leaving almost the entire base of the flap exposed to water, wind, and... most problematic, animal and bird incursions. If I'm storing my patio cushions in there, I want them to be fully sealed inside and free of any potential animal or bird nest, or their droppings. If an animal gets into a fully zipped storage tent, I can visually see a hole and know that something might be inside. If an animal enters this tent through the open seam, every time I open it, I'm potentially coming face-to-face with a racoon or something else. To me, this is a major design failure. While the material may have a waterproof rating, if you leave the bottom seam of the flap entrance mostly open, you destroy any waterproofness by allowing water to seep in at the bottom. That bottom flap seam absolutely needs to be zippered. Without being able to zip closed the entire flap, this only has limited value to me as I won't put anything that can be damaged by water or animals in there.
