Customer service is fantastic. They reply to email with in 24 hours and reach out following service multiple times.The item: looks nice. Easy to put together. Extra hardware- at least one of each size. Directions/pictures sort of easy to read. I think the 3d images confuse me as I tend to over think them and I put one piece upside down. However, instead of taking it apart and fixing it I just made new holes for the shelves. I had a couple of issues with my item. One leg balancer was missing, 3 hole covers were missing, and there were a few dents and scratches not from shipping as the package was very well protected with no obvious damage. I reached out to company (not Amazon) by email and they immediately sent a replacement. I don’t love the toilet paper box. Probably should be a make up wipe box? You have to reach behind you. If you tear your paper too aggressively the roll will fall off the holder OR the tp will go back inside the hole and you’ll have to try and fish it out. I’d purchase again. I’d buy from company again.For reference: I believe that is 24 BBW soaps on the top left shelf. 12 bars Caress top right. And that’s a large shaper spray on the bottom with some tller mousse cans. For a small cabinet it sure holds a lot!

One of the side panels was missing a big chunk where they screwed the frame on it from the factory. And we received to piece 6 instead of one piece 6 and one piece 5 so we are unable to put a shelf in one side of the top doors. Assembly instructions are almost useless. Overall it looks good when in place and all the flaws are hidden. But for the price we paid for this item I expected it to arrive correctly. Likely would not buy again.

I’m very surprised by Amazon that I found this bathroom storage, the quality is good. Looks great. I have a lot of room to put my stuff in. It’s very sturdy, doesn’t have any missing part. It took me one hour to put it together. love it.

I believe this was mentioned by another purchaser, but i noticed it too - the pictures are incomplete and extremely small, lack detail, don't show all the little dots and screw holes you need to know ahead of time when you put this together. Unless you're the psychic assembler or extremely lucky, you won't get this together right the first time. If you do, i suggest you go to Vegas.That said, I got it together maybe 90% correct and didn't bother fixing what boo boos remained cuz i just didn't care. Good enough, says I. Looks nice enough, too. Seems decent, sturdy, pretty. Thin wood, though. Careful, i stripped out a screw by overtightening. Snug, keep the screwdriver away from your ape man housemate. Use a real screwdriver, not a power driver. Be one with the fake wood and pot metal fasteners.That top board needs to have the holes in the back. Mine are in the front. I don't care. But take the time to place the bottom section behind the toilet before attaching the top part to it or you may have some troubles getting the whole thing over the toilet back without going through the ceiling to get it there. I foresaw that being a problem and avoided it, thank you very much. But i can see someone not knowing to do that and having to take it apart to get it behind the toilet. It's the little things, ya know? Good luck in your mission.

Horrible 4 parts of this item cracked and color was chipped of from the doors and other parts of the furniture. Disappointed and hard to understand instructions!

I just received my cabinet and the bags that had the screws and other items were open and all over the box. I hope I have all of my pieces or I will have to return it in which I do not want to have to do.
