Ordered this as a gift for my partner and was very disappointed with the quality. The heart, the centerpieces decoration of the goblet, had a scratch right through it. The stainless steel cup also popped right out, which I don't believe it's supposed to do. Poorly made. Smaller than I thought it would be.

The first picture shows exactly how this item arrived, I hadn't even pulled the cup out yet. You can see the cup is snapped and the plastic sleeve isn't even on the cup. The cup was not sent in appropriate packaging; I would think a box would have been best. I also suspect someone along the way knew this cup was broken since the sleeve was removed and there are a few small pieces missing (see picture 3). I needed this cup for today so there's no point in sending it back for a return, guess I'll just have to glue it back together. The cup itself is nice, and I would have been happy had it arrived in one piece.

Arrived extremely fast and exactly as pictured! No flaws in the quality of these goblets. Beautiful details. Worth every penny and a wonderful valentine's (any occasion in my opinion) gift for my Vikings fan husband! Very beautiful and fun gift! He even displayed them on our mantel directly beside the carved horn beer mugs I gifted him at Christmas. I purchased a set of two so we can enjoy them together.

I originally bought this because it matched one of my tattoos. It is a great piece. When I arrived i was thrilled with the craftsmanship and the sturdiness of it. This is a wonderful product at a great price.

Goblet was nice, metal piece is an insert that you remove for cleaning. Base of goblet cannot be washed except with a damp towel.

First off let me just say that Ebros is an amazing seller! I received two glasses, and while one was perfect, the other had some chipping and paint issues. I contacted Ebros about getting a replacement and within an hour someone had contacted me asking me about the issue, and within 2 days there was a replacement on the way at no additional cost.The cups themselves are everything I wanted. They're made of a hard plastic, so they have to be handwashed, but the stainless steel insert is removed fairly easily for separate cleaning which is a nice feature. And while the paint on them isn't perfect, unless you really stare at them no one would know.I can't wait to use these cups at my reception!

Here's the dealio so cup looks fantastic! However I feel like I could break it. The stainless steel does come out so you can wash it! I live it looked good good price just wish it was a little more solid. All and all can not really complain! It was a gift and they loved it!
