I love this cup! Just have to get all the clingy foam off of it. The cup sits on a shelf of my bookcase devoted to Arthurian Literature.

My husband loves it, but I would warn being careful when washing it. He accidentally knocked an ear off with his hand when he was cleaning it before the first use.

I sent this as a Christmas gift to granddaughter. My daughter called me when it arrived. She said it was absolutely beautiful! It took her breathe away. She couldn't wait to see her expression on Christmas morning when she sees it.

This is a heavy, even without the wine, 16oz wine chalice that boosts the testosterone of my husband when he drinks it. He grunts, says arghh and does all that. Very nice purchase and it holds lots of drink. You grip it almost like a barbell because the weight and stem (or trunk for this chalice) is made like that. Definitely not for clinking unless you want to utterly destroy the glass of the other person.

I'm pretty sure I'll end up in the emergency room at some point for getting poked in the eye by a dragon - by in the mean time I very much enjoy the beast of a chalice. I don't even know if you're supposed to drink out of it, but the dominance gained by drinking out of this thing will make you the alpha of any setting. If there's a fight and all I had to choose between a gun, a knife, or this mug - I'm grabbing King Aurthur's chalice every time. One of the best purchases I've made in my entire life. No brainer, buy this.
