After a small snafu with a delivery issue, the seller quickly corrected it by sending another one out right away. Super fast shipping and arrived intact. Very easy to assemble. Took only 10 minutes to put together on bike. I gave 4 stars because of two things. First, no directions but it was pretty basic. Second, no allen wrench included and my bike ones didn't fit the hardware that came with it. I keep several on hand so had one but it would have been nice for it to have been included.

Chrome looks great, nice design. Holes lines up great. Price is great. But it does not fit the xvs1300, its almost 2 inches too wide. Feels sketchy/must be forced really hard together.

For the price nothing else compares! This luggage rack and back rest came well boxed and with some simple tools you can easily install it yourself. There were no instructions but my advice to you is for the side pieces that attach to the tail of the bike you have to have them facing inward, bending to the middle that's the only way it would fit on the bike.
