My son wanted to wear this shirt for 6th grade picture day, lol. It fit as expected. I ordered an XL and he is wearing a size 12-14 currently. It washed well without shrinking. It did seem to pick up a little more lint than typical in the wash. I lint-rolled him before leaving the house which I don't typically have to do. We do have a very furry house with 2 dogs and 2 cats.
