I like it. They might be a little bouncy, but I’m fine with that. They’re super quit. I stuck some pintech triggers on and now have a great e drum kit.

Bought this head for my spare snare. It feels good but most importantly it is quiet. I can practice any time and not disturb the house. It was worth it!

I have been bashing on this for a while now. I'm talking Heavy metal here. Not a mark on it so far. I'm impressed. They feel great too. I'm using it on my snare on a Home made electronic drum and it's just perfect. Will replace the present screens on my toms with the same product when they go.

Perfect, rebound is great and quality seems great too. These are the best mesh drum heads for the value, they are also one-ply so they are see-through, which always looks nice if your triggers do too.

I bought a full set of these for my kit when I was converting it from acoustic to electric. I've had them for over 2 years now and they've held up quite well. Haven't had to replace one yet. I practice on these a lot in my apartment and record occasionally. The rebound is more than typical drum heads as expected but you can tighten them a bit less to make up for this. Excellent product!

i own 10,12,13,14,16 inch versions. realativly durable for medium hitters. hard hitters might want to look at others. the x2 ply versions made by competitors are not needed, but the x2ply are more durable for heavy hitters. i am happy with these. good none the less.

I got this practice head for my 14" snare drum, to reduce the sound level that acoustic drums make. My teacher had one of these on the snare that we use for lessons, and I thought it was great, as I didn't want to use electronic drums, and a regular acoustic drum would be far too loud to play at home. This head is installed in place of a regular drum head, which makes it a bit inconvenient if you have only one drum, but there are always compromises. Being a brand new drum student, I can't say how well this mesh head emulates a regular drum head, but the little bit I've played on a regular head tells me that this mesh feels pretty much like a normal head, but with perhaps a bit more bounce. The rebound feel was what was most important to me. The sound is pretty low, though perhaps not as low as the best drum practice pads, but that's more than compensated for by being able to play on a real drum. I've only been using this fro several weeks, so I can't comment of durability, but it appears well made and should hold up well. Highly recommended!

Just know that these things do not feel like drum heads, no matter who makes them. They make very little noise and it IS something to hit, but there is quite a bit of bounce to this. I'm thinking about glueing a round piece of foam underneath to slow it down. Otherwise, no complaints.
