Although SPD SL and SPD have very similar names, these are not SPD spacers. They don't fit. I don't have a set of SPD SL cleats, but they look like they fit those.I've had to return these as they don't work for me. They do look well made, and will give you a 1mm space. I was expecting them to stack, giving 1, 2 or 3mm spacing. They don't.
