The award was made of glass, etching was crisp, and it was very regal. make sure to note size of award you would like when ordering, I expected this to be a bit larger but did not pay close enough attention to the award actual size.

I'm impressed with how fast Jkk was able to create the plaque I ordered and engrave all my words on it and send it to me out in the middle east quickly.

I ordered this item as a retirement gift. I was able to contact the seller and have a custom image put on the plaque by sending them the digital image I wanted. When I got the plaque in after approving the draft image, there was a mistake on the finished product. I contacted the seller back and they were very polite and sent me a replacement in a very timely manner. The second product was stunning and perfect and was exactly what I ordered!
