I’ve added this on my airsoft vest. Very user friendly much better than my old standard pouch. It’s effective pull the red tab and everything is right there. Instead of fighting through the old style of first aid pouch.

This is pretty decently made. The stitching is good and the velcro is really strong, so you don't need to worry about this falling off. The elastic band on the bottom holds a TQ very securely. The pouch insert has plenty of room for the contents of a full ifak. There are 2 reasons I gave four stars and not five. The first being the shock cord on both ends. I understand why it's there, but when you cinch it down it obviously creates excess shock cord that's just dangling around waiting to get snagged on something. My other reason is that I would have liked to see velcro on the inside of the pouch and the outside of the insert securing the two together. I haven't had an issue with the insert falling out, but having that velcro would give me peace of mind. Overall not too bad for the price.

I'm not using this with the pouch it's intended for; I'm sewing Velcro to the back of another pack that I'm using.This is a really well-thought product. I'm using it on ski patrol for carrying first aid supplies. This pouch makes them both easy to carry and to access.

This PETAC GEAR Drop Pouch is a great way to add IFAK to your chest rig or plate carrier. The material seems well made. I do like the easy pull out design allowing you to take the whole kit out. This allows you to easily find what you're looking for instead of having to dig around in a pouch. It's a large size so you can add quite a bit of aid gear in there.

Very small, only fits 2 combat gauze, one chest seal and that’s it, I think it’s made for bandaids, buyer beware not for an actual medical kit
