Ich bin großer Gusseisen Fan und so konnte ich bei dieser Muffinform nicht wiedersehen.Wahrscheinlich würde eine Form aus Blech auch gute Arbeit leisten aber bei dieser Form kann man sich sicher sein das sie bei guter Pflege ewig hält.Habe bisher Blaubeer und Nutella-Kirsch Muffins gemacht wenn man die Form vorher einfettet bekommt man die Muffins auch recht einfach raus.Wiegt natürlich ordentlich weil es Massives Gusseisen ist und wenn man mit Gusseisen falsch umgeht rostet es. Man sollte sich also vorher mal schlau machen wie man es pflegt.

Très bon taille et qualité.Pour de beaux muffins à haut dôme, préchauffez le four à 220 ° C, faites cuire pendant 8-10 minutes à cette température élevée et baissez à 150 ° C pour le temp restant (environ 10 minutes). Result, parfait!Very good in size and quality.For beautiful high dome muffins, pre-heat the oven at 220ºC, bake for 8 minutes at this high temperature and lower down to 150ºC for the remaining time (10 min or so). Muffins will come out perfect !

Die Muffinform ist gut verpackt bei mir angekommen. die Lieferung war schnell und problemlos. Die Muffinform ist vielseitig einsetzbar. Sie ist robust und einfach zu reinigen (nur mit Wasser). Ich habe sie im Backofen und auf dem Grill für Bacon mit Ei genutzt und bin sehr zufrieden. Da können die dünnen Formen einfach nicht mithalten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Ich habe die Form spontan gekauft und am Abend direkt ausprobiert.Die Hitzeverteilung ist gleichmäßig und die Muffins sind perfekt geworden.Die Form ist schwer und macht einen soliden Eindruck. Mit der richtigen Pflege werde ich die sicher vererben können ;-).
