Great soap to work with. The packets contain soap that is already cut up, for easy melting. I loved them!

You get five different types of soap base to try. The packets contain soap that is already cut up, for easy melting. I used one cube of each just to see what the different soaps felt like before adding scents or dyes. I loved them!

My soap making journey has thus far revealed their melt & pour base to be the best product I can find in relation to cost & quality.

The soap base sampler that I received arrived clean and in good condition. The soap types were individually packaged and cut into good sizes for easy melting. I've been wanting to try hemp seed and shea butter soaps and was curious about castile so I was glad to get this set to try out before buying larger quantities of any of the styles. My partner really likes the scent and feel of the castile soap on its own and I think that it is really nice when paired with lavender. I can see myself getting an order of castile soap on its own in the future to make some soaps for us to use. I enjoy all the look and feel of the different soap bases, but have currently only used the castile to make some bars.I'll try to remember to update my review after I use more of the soap types. Right now, I am just making nice soaps for us to use at home and one bag at a time is the perfect amount for two person consumption. I have made soaps to sell at craft fairs in the past and might get back into it again, but making small single batches of soap is relaxing to me and more fun than making large batches.
