This works great, but needs frequent breaks in use to cool down… shuts off and you have to wait to continue

I like the temp control for different plastics and the extra long welding cord is great to reach things even your unit is not that close. The company has an excellent product and they also have great company service. I don't think you can go wrong with this unit.

On /Off switch was poor quality. Had to toggle the switch a few times & hope it would stay on.Used it 3-4 times & the internal transformer burned out. It was nice to use while it worked, but not worth the money.

Where do I start? For one the handle being curved makes it much harder to get into tight spots. After prolonged use a few minutes it shuts off and you have to keep waiting for it to reset. The box is so flimsy and small broke the red tab first use. The flat spreader or whatever you want to call it you have to keep handling the tiny screws all the time and keep dropping it it's a pain to deal with all the time. I exchanged it for this machine in the picture it is 100% much better you get a lot more Staples there's five settings and it doesn't shut off. The hand grip is straight and it's much easier to use. The box is relatively big you don't have to cram in it too much. All in all best thing I could have done was exchange it for this machine much better quality.
