I only received 10 rods rather than the 20 advertised. I assume there is supposed to be two packs of 10 rods each, but only received one pack of 10.UPDATE: Amazon mislabeled this product and sent me the wrong item (the 10 pack is 1/4", and the 20 pack is for 3/16"). I let the manufacturer, Winkie's Toys & Hobby, and Amazon know of the mistake and both company's responded promptly and I received a refund. I re-order this item and within 24 hours I had the correct 20 pack of 3/16" rods. I am very happy with the overall server and response to this issue and will reorder again in the future.

Rods are okay. Some were warped and most of the ends are not flush cut (uneven ends).

Crystal clear with no 'mold lines' running the length like I often see with acrylic rod. The diameter measurement was right on and even. The rod is slightly flexible but springs back completely straight after tension is released (though I wasn't trying to bend or break it). It'll cut well with a hobby saw but not a knife at this diameter (4.8mm).
