With no info given on the page you have to go by the picture. The wheels are decent, nothing special. From the picture it looks like the bearings are servicable because it looks like they are black. In my experience a servicable bearing is a decent bearing. These are not servicable or black. They are all metel and of poor quality. They are loose, you can grab the middle of the bearing and move it, that's not suppose to happen. Like the title says you get what you pay for...
