poor quality control. They say to buy genuine HP paperi guess this is why. it is usable but just wastes 12" of paper on every print.

The box came in all beat up and the rolls were all bent from the ends.

The actual width of the rolls is 35-13/16" which is 3/16" shorter than specified.This causes complications when trying to plot a 36" wide drawing.I'm extremely aggravated and dissatisfied.

4 rolls were thrown in a flimsy thin wall box with no structure. so they were free to bang around and split the box. Cores are not round, you would have to pound the spindle in. The cores are deformed it is not shipping damage.
