I have a Polaris ranger 500. This part were great. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for aftermarket parts. Do not work well on Polaris engines. Thank you.

If your Polaris wont start, toggle the dash display to read RPM, then crank the engine, the RPM display should read the crank speed of the rotating engine with the starter engaged 100-200 rpm or so. If it reads 0 while cranking on the starter, likely is failure of the crank position sensor. There are much less expensive options than OEM that you can buy and test the theory. If it solves the no start problem, then spend the extra few dollars on the OEM part and use the inexpensive aftermarket part as a spare for the glove box for field repairs as necessary.
