With these I no longer need to clean up the scale. I just place my spices or food onto a tray and toss it away when Im done. This keep my food adn spices more sanitary and less time cleaning or disinfecting face of the scale. The boats fold for easy transfer of spices into either bags or vials so I do not lose product.
