I ordered this kit for my 1996 4runner and after installation I went for a test drive and noticed a very bad vibration when stopping. The brake drums provided were severely out of round so I removed them and replaced with OEM drums

I installed powerstop front and rear. Stopping power is perfect even with my 6,000 lb rig loaded down. Emergency brake holds stiff now unlike with my last brakes

Had to order this twice, first time I received a disk brake kit, second time all the hardware was missing and the boxes were torn to shreds. They look good now that they’re on, but a 2-3 week headache that I could’ve saved by just going to a local auto parts store.

Installed these while rebuilding my rear axle and have been chasing a bad shutter ever since. Turns out the drums are out of round. Swapped in some regular drums from the parts store no more shake.

The photo and description would clearly indicate that the small parts kit is included... which is NOT the case. This is total crap and completely unacceptable. Shame on you Power Stop! The drums and shoes look to be of high quality, but if I can't install the kit it really doesn't matter. This is my first experience with Power Stop, and likely to be my last. Come on Amazon, this is not the way to keep customers... After repeated calls and email to Power Stop and Amazon, the ONLY option is for me to return the kit, get a refund, buy it again and see if the small parts are included... what total nonsense. Waste another two weeks of my time. Amazon, you just lost a customer for life. End of story... So don't expect to get the small parts with this kit. You have been warned. Power stop will do NOTHING but refer you back to Amazon and their 'solution'.
