Replaced recently installed OEM compound pads with the Z23 pads on my 2013 BMW X5M. Amazing difference, no more squealing at every stop. My car sounded like a school bus with OEM pads and light braking in reverse produced a high pitch whistle. The Z23 pads are quiet, have great pedal feel, stop as well as if not better than OEM pads and a benefit minimal brake dust. And yes I bedded the OEM pads and used them for a while hoping the squealing sound would go away once broken-in but it didn't, very happy with the Z23 pads.

Bought these because of the reduced brake dust and man these are perfect. The braking is perfect and there is no noise and AGAIN no brake dust!

Used on 13 E70 X5M. No more massive dusting or sharp initial braking bite. Should be able to get an extra set of pads worth of wear from original rotors. Linear pedal feel after upgrading to motul rbf600 fluid.
