I've had a need for shoe trees for as long as I can remember. They keep your shoe's polish from cracking if you store them for long periods of time as well as maintain shape retention. I used them when I was in the Navy and even today when I have a need for my dress shoes to look sharp. My old shoe trees were heavy and made out of cedar and metal. The new ones by DJRF JJ, are much lighter, fully adjustable and just as stiff as my old ones. They also fold up into a very small package when not in use. Something my old ones never did. They work well and are a great value for the money.

I'm showing all of the shoe trees I own. This model is last on the list and is not worth using for any of my 35+ shoes. The rise or height is very low compared to other low-cost trees I tried; see the photos. The height is needed to hold the vamp up, smooth it, and keep wrinkles out. This tree doesn't have the height to support the vamp, so it is useless, in my opinion.These are only useful for starter trees if you do nothing else.

These are ok and do the job. They fit my shoes perfectly but I question how long they will last. If you can, cedar will always be better and last longer.

I am using these to help maintain the shape of some dance shoes that I keep in a shoe bag. They're an inexpensive solution for the need. There's no spring or elastic mechanism for pushing the toe of the tree away from the heel But, no serious complaints. If you're looking for shoe trees for your Ferragamos, spend a little more money on some high quality shoe trees.

Very lightweight and simple to use. Although it is made out of a fairly lightweight flexible plastic, it does an okay job to keep shoes straight. Once you adjust the arm bar to the proper hole for the length of the shoe, you place it in the shoe and it holds the shoe fairly stiff. Although It's not as effective as a spring-loaded wooden shoe tree, it does its job fairly wellIn a nutshell, it's a decent value for a decent price.
