First pregnancy going on and it's been a delight to have this journal. There are ideas, thoughts, and reflections that are helpful to consider during this new and delightful journey. I found this to keep thoughts together well and help to cherish this time. I'll be recommending it to other folks who are having children! What a great gift idea!

My granddaughter absolutely loves this pregnancy journal!These are the reasons why:The inclusion of adorable body tattoos from months 2-9, along with extra stars and flower designs, adds a charming touch. The flower design inside the book is delightful, and the overall quality is impressive. The spiral feature makes flipping through the pages a breeze.She appreciated the thoughtful details, like designated spaces for photos and logging feelings throughout the journal. The ability to track weight, belly size, and weekly to-dos is fantastic. The guidance on trimester-specific activities and reminders, such as sleeping positions, is both helpful and informative.The journal's interactive elements, such as documenting cravings and baby's size each week, are a delightful way to engage with the journey. The option to record thoughts, baby plans, and even a checklist for baby gear and clothing is a thoughtful addition. Overall, I'm very pleased with this journal. I like the layout and the included prompts. It's flexible enough that it should work for most pregnancies, but organized enough that you're not totally on your own figuring out what to write. I think it strikes a good balance. I also like the spaces provided for pictures, and the included temporary tattoos for taking pictures.The only thing that bothers me a little is that it's definitely themed for a little girl (I'm not yet sure of my baby's gender). I knew it had pinks and roses when I ordered it, which is fine because I like those things and it's mostly a journal for me to record my memories. But seeing it closer, some of the design also includes filly pink baby dresses. If you're considering this as a gift, you might want to make sure the mom-to-be is either having a girl or is a big fan of pink herself.
