Everything that you can think of, first dr's visit, sonogram, each month of pregnancy and how you are feeling, w hen baby is here, and so so much more. Too much for me to list here. Places to put pictures as well. The only complaint I have is on the back of mine there is a crease in the actual hard cover. Must be a defect. I got this for my daughter in law who is now pregnant with my second grandbaby. I can't wait to give it to her. She will be super excited to start filling this out. I wish I had had the choice to pick this with my first grandbaby.
