My 2004 Chevy Tahoe's wipers only worked on high and stopped in random places when I turned them off. I initially tried to find the control board but could not. I settled on paying for the whole thing brand new. It arrived on time, it was fairly easy to install and fixed my problem. It seemed to be of good quality. It was as heavy as the original and no cheap plastic or visual quality control defects.
