Only installed for 3 months vehicle rarely driven. The advertizing says "One Year Hassle Free Guarantee". How do we get the remedy?

I needed the motor that produced two speed wiping and the delayed wiping feature. The unit I received only ran at one speed, had no delay feature and it made the windshield fluid pump run continuously. I bought a used motor and my system works perfectly. Sent the unit back. I was very annoyed about the time and effort I put into removing the old unit and having this one fail.

The description said it would fit my 1991 chevy blazer but it does not. Go to a auto parts store and get parts.

93 S10 works great and easy to install fit perfectly

Product was installed in may 2020.very little use and motor shaft inside the unit snapped while driving.Weather has been sunny and the wipers got little use.Much less only being 3.5 months old.POS
