Perfect fit for a 12yo. My only beef with this item is that it moves on the leg and you have to constantly adjust it

The website describes these shin guards as "Fastens with 3 elastic straps. Two around the leg and one around the foot". There is no such third elastic strap that goes around the foot and that makes 'em flip very easy, exposing your shin bone.They are perfectly built but flip very easy.
