So far so good. I purchase these for my sons 1992 Honda shadow VT 1100C. The original shocks were still on it, and they were beat. They went on easy And come with a spanner wrench to adjust the preload.

I ordered these for my VTX 1300s. I ordered these lower my bike a little. I'm 5'6" and they did help to lower the bike. There are two versions, a standard and a heavy duty version. I ordered the standard version. I'm about 195 lbs, and I have the shocks set to 4. I ride mostly solo with bags. If I were to order them again I would probably get the heavy duty just to be safe. Other than this I'm happy with the ride the shocks give.
